After more than 20 years in the industry, cheffing at world-renowned restaurants and events, ranging from three, two and one Michelin Star kitchens, the London 2012 Olympic Games, Executive Boxes at Wembley Stadium and the 02, and the British Grand Prix at Silverstone…. it’s safe to say Matt Jaynes knows a thing or two about food! Matt’s contagious passion for food, eye for detail and culinary talents has won him numerous awards over the years, including beating off fierce competition to be crowned the winner of the Street Food challenge at the Hospitality Show and most recently the 2017 FSM Chef of the Year. His enthusiasm to bring good food to the masses is the drive behind Flying Pig Catering.
